Original UK cinema poster
Before cult became a marketing strategy, there was Rocky Horror.
Sex. Fishnets. Science fiction. Glam rock. B-movies. Gender. Camp. Meat Loaf.
Audiences didn’t simply watch it.
They dressed for it, shouted at it and turned cinema-going into theatre.
The British poster is gloriously unruly: photographs, typography, lurid colour and too much information fighting for space.
